Over-the-top, silly, cute, live-action anime with an underlying strain of leering sexuality.
I enjoyed it as a not-too-long sample of that peculiarly japanese blend of bright, cute, bizarre. But if there was a sequel, I wouldn't feel compelled to see it.
-I liked the secondary lady (Natsuko) more than Honey, who is mentally about 9 years old.
-Action was so-so; it felt like it was out of a comic-book (which it is), i.e. not fleshed out to work well for live-action. But my tastes are more HongKong than anime.
-While everything looked good, both sides of this conflict felt a bit insubstantial. Cutie doesn't have to work at anything, and neither do the villians (well, maybe their evil taunting laughter/cackle).
Miss the Power Rangers much?
